UK Delivery is a flat rate of £3.95 and this cost will be added to your order at checkout. All items will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class were possible, but larger items might be sent by courier. Postage for information booklets is free of charge

Your items will arrive 7 - 10 working days after the order is placed. All orders are posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

If your item hasn’t arrived after 14 days please contact us on Shop@versusarthritis.org and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Currently, we are unable to deliver our online shop items to anywhere outside of the UK mainland – we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
