How much is postage and packaging?
UK Delivery is a flat rate of £3.95 and this cost will be added to your order at checkout. All items will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class

When will I receive my order?
Your items will arrive 7 - 10 working days after the order is placed. All orders are posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
If your item hasn’t arrived after 14 days please contact us on Shop@versusarthritis.org and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we are unable to deliver our online shop items to anywhere outside of the UK mainland – we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I return my item/s?
