Shipping Policy

 

We charge a delivery fee on some items to help cover the costs of sending your items to you. Any profits go directly back to Versus Arthritis to help fund life-changing research and services for people with arthritis.   

We have a standard delivery fee of £3.95 for orders to the UK Mainland & British Isles. We currently do not deliver outside of the UK.  Free items such as booklets do not incur a delivery charge. 
 
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. We aim to process your orders as soon as possible. Delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow up to 7-10 working days to receive your order. If you have not received your order after this time please email shop@versusarthritis.org.
