Shipping Policy

We charge a delivery fee to help cover the costs of sending your items to you. Any profits go directly back to Versus Arthritis to help fund life-changing research and services for people with arthritis.   

We have a standard delivery fee of £3.95 for orders to the UK Mainland. Postage for information booklets is free of charge. We currently do not deliver outside of the UK.  
 
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. We aim to process your orders as soon as possible. Delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow up to 7-10 working days to receive your order. If you have not received your order after this time please email shop@versusarthritis.org.

 
Please be aware that the delivery timescales are predicted and there may be delays in the delivery network that are outside of Versus Arthritis’s control. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact shop@versusarthritis.org.
